FISH FREEZING

Freezing and glazing for an all-around process.

Fish is a very delicate product and for this reason, the already frozen product is immersed in, or sprinkled with water, in order to create an extra sheet of ice, which will preserve its freshness and a high quality level. This ice layer is called glazing.

 

Just like meat, also fish products freezing takes place in chambers built with modular variable thickness panels, easy to assemble.

 

AM Tehcnology also offers glazing systems for a complete freezing cycle thus allowing the preservation of the product freshness and quality during the shipment to the customer.
