Pasteurization is a process in which certain foods are treated with heat in order to considerably reduce health risk, with minimal alteration of the chemical, physical and organoleptic characteristics of the product.
AM Technology designs and manufactures pasteurization systems allowing the uniform heating of the product by a constant control of time and temperature during the processing.
The sizing of the pasteurization systems and their ventilation (horizontal or vertical) changes according to the characteristics of the product to be processed, with dry hot air or with saturated steam; the use of linear or spiral-type conveyor belts is determined by the space available at customer’s factory and by the processing time.
